I keep seeing a red bar warning. How do I get it to disappear?
-You can get the campaign process started and remove this warning by placing in your payment information.
How many campaigns can I active at a time?
-There’s no limit to the number of campaigns, you can have as many active as you want.
What’s a CTP (conversion tracking pixel) and how do I use it?
-A CTP can help you see which ads lead are performing best and leading to actions on your site. Use it by creating a code in your advertiser dashboard and pasting it into the pages you want to track.
Should I use a CTP?
-If you want to keep track of actions on your sites for certain pages, then a CTP is beneficial.
Do you support animated ads?
-Yes. We support .gif files at this time.
How do I pay for my ads?
-We accept major credit cards. Enter your billing information in your Dashboard and the card will be charged according to our billing policy.
Do you support video ads?
-We do not support video ads at this time.
Is there a “generic” ad size we can use instead of the sizes suggested?
-Nope, your ad must be formatted in one of our given ad sizes.
My ad wasn’t approved, what should I do?
-When your ad isn’t approved, you’ll get an email explaining why, along with suggestions for how to fix it. Once it’s fixed, you can resubmit it again. If you feel your ad should have been approved, you can appeal it by emailing us at info@cleanmedia.net.
Can you pause the creation of ads in the dashboard wizard?
-Yes, you can start an ad and come back to it anytime.
