What’s the max amount of ads that can be on a single webpage?
-Four.

I have a WordPress site, will I be able to post the ads on my site?
-Yes, however, if you use WordPress for hosting as well, you must have the business plan in order for ads to appear.

My hosting service doesn’t support Javascript, what does that mean?
-Unfortunately, your hosting site must allow for the use of Javascript in order to use our service.

How does the backup code work?
-Using a backup code on your site will allow third party ads to show on your site even if our system runs out of inventory.

Do you support PayPal?
-At this time, no.

When are checks sent out?
-Checks will be sent at the end of the month, providing that the publisher has earned at least $100.

What happens if I keep my minimum CPM at $0?
-If your CPM is set at $0, the system will automatically determine the best ad for you site.

My site wasn’t approved, what should I do?
-If your site wasn’t approved and you believe it was in error, please email us at info@cleanmedia.net and we’ll look into it for you.
